"Our Region Must Know of The Church of God"

The Bible tells us “to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery” (Eph. 3:9). This means to make the Church known to the entire world. Every nation must know of The Church of God. They must have the opportunity, after they get saved, to come under GOd’s government. The other sheep that are scattered abroad amongst many man made organizations must be brought into the safety of God’s fold where they’ll be protected, cared for and nourished with divinely revealed truth. 0, don’t you feel a stirring in your soul? THE CHURCH MESSAGE MUST GO FORTH!

In addition to stone markers, preaching and teaching, there are many ways to make the Church known to others, even if it’s just the Church’s name. Below are a few suggestions:

Newspapers--Church Listings, Religion Page, Community or Special Events, etc. (usually free).

Radio--Community or Special Events, etc. (usually free)

TV--In the early 1970’s, a pastor of one of our Churches  in Hawaii was so zealous to make the Church known that  he invited the Governor of the state to the local Church’s  flagpole dedication. Though the Governor was unable to attend, he did send his wife. It was said that a TV news crew came, too, which meant free advertisement for the church.

    Tracts

    Flyers

Yard sales, craft sales, suppers and other fundraising         activities--you can give a tract or flyer to those who come to your sales and/or invite them to Sunday School and church. One of our local churches in Kentucky was well known in their community because of their dinners.

Parades--have a float, you’ll have an interested and             captivated audience.

    Highway signs

Church sign in front of building

OUR REGION MUST KNOW OF THE CHURCH OF GOD! Let’s catch the spirit and zeal of this year’s General and Regional CPMA theme, “And To Make All Men See What Is the Fellowship of the Mystery,” and embrace it. Let’s run to every neighborhood, community, town and city in every county in the Region and make known the last days Church of God!
