A welcome from our Overseer
I would like to welcome you to our Regional web site. We have truly been blessed with Gods’ presence and outpouring of His spirit in our region. We believe our Lord and Saviour will be with us this New Year also. Our regional paper will be given a new name "Visions of Hope". I felt impressed from God to change the name. The writer in
Proverbs 29:18 "Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” gives us clear direction what the word vision implies. The people of God need something to look forward to or vision prophecy to be fulfilled. Our happiness does not depend on wealth or material things. Our happiness is in keeping the word of God alive and well within our souls. People that cannot see or find good in the word of God or even in people have no hope. Hebrews 11:1 "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." We surely know that faith and hope work hand in hand. You and I were not present when the worlds were framed by the word of God but we can vision it spiritually. Our hope is not merited if you believe or do not believe the word of God. Our hope is based on our faith to believe. The Bible tells us without faith it is impossible to please him.
As you look at the sun glistening through the trees making its’ way upward, what can you vision? We know one thing for sure we are looking at Gods’ creation and its’ marvelous display of color. The rising of the sun represents a new day filled with hope. It also reminds us of visions’ of the past but now we are looking to the future. This reminds us of Gods’ beauty here on earth, but can you vision what heaven will be like?
Let me encourage you to keep looking up and moving forward there is a new day coming. The say that darkness is intensified just before the sun comes up. You may be in your darkest hour now but let Visions of Hope arise in your heart and soul. God loves you and so do we. Our church doors are open to all that would like to come and worship with us.
